SwissRE Slovakia partnered with CIVITTA to train internal coaches in innovation, aiming to break down departmental silos. CIVITTA's custom program for seven coaches included hands-on workshops across departments, culminating in a session focused on process automation in the technical accounting department, driving real business solutions.

SITUATION

SwissRE, the reinsurance company branch located in Slovakia decided to boost its innovation transformation with a program aimed at internal coaches to support their innovation capabilities, while working on real business challenges. The company also aimed at breaking down the silos between departments and foster cross-departmental collaboration.

APPROACH

CIVITTA innovation consultants prepared and delivered custom-made program for a team of 7 internal coaches. The goal was to design a pilot innovation workshop with hands-on participation from employees across different departments. CIVITTA consultants designed a custom program for 7 internal coaches. The final one-day workshop focused on automating the reporting process in the technical accounting department.
