Challenger Diversity program:

The Challenger Diversity acceleration program will kick off in December 2022 and will be running from January to March 2023. The accelerator program will end with a Demo Day during the sTARTUp Day 2023.

Challenger Diversity inspirational event

8th of November

Join us at the opening event in Tallinn at Vabaduse Workland or tune in online, to hear about what this program is all about, why should you apply, and where will the Challenger take you.

Make sure you submit your Application by Sunday, 23:59 EET. Within a week you will learn whether you are selected to attend at the Challenger Diversity Selection Bootcamp amongst the top 15 teams.

Selection Bootcamp

2nd of December

Selection Bootcamp is an on site full day event organized for the top 15 teams. You'll have an opportunity to pitch your solution to a jury of experts and mentors, participate in the workshops from top-notch trainers and meet industry experts. The top 6-8 start-ups will be selected to become a part of the Challenger Diversity acceleration program.

Challenger Diversity Kickoff event

14th of December

On the December 14th, the 6-8 teams participating at the accelerator program will get together and kick off the start of the program. At the event we will talk about what will be waiting for you in the accelerator program, you will be matched with your key mentors and will have a chance to get to know the other teams participating in the program. This will be an on-site event in Tallinn.

Acceleration program

January-March 2023

Learn about product/market fit, scaling, selling and marketing your product, building the company and attracting investments at the specially tailored workshops during the 3-month of the program and get even more insights and guidance from your key mentor during regular 1:1 mentoring meetings.

Challenger Diversity Demo Day

March 15-17 / sTARTup Day

Pitch your startup to the jury of international investors, potential clients, partners and the media at the final event of the Acceleration program. Get the opportunity to stand out, raise awareness and find the partners you need!
